Mental health tracking with context—and a way to ask for help.

Mood is rarely the whole story. Sleep, pain, energy, concentration, connection and the pressure of getting through the day can all matter. Flared helps you put those pieces into your own words and communicate what support would help right now.

More than a mood score

What can a mental health tracker include?

Use a simple Check-In on low-capacity days or add context when it helps. Flared uses your personal baseline rather than labelling a day as objectively good or bad.

Reflection and communication

Use the amount of detail you have capacity for.

1

Check in

Choose the state nearest to today. You can stop after one tap or add more.

2

Add context

Note mood, sleep, physical symptoms or daily impact in your own words.

3

Send a Flare

Tell a trusted person you are struggling and ask for one practical kind of support.

4

Prepare a Summary

Select what you want to discuss with a GP, psychologist or another professional.

Privacy and agency

Flared drafts the words. You approve the share.

Flared can help structure an Update or Summary, but it does not speak for you. Private Entries are not automatically shared with your Support Circle, and no message is sent without your action.

A careful boundary

Tracking cannot assess safety or replace care.

Flared does not screen for a mental health condition, evaluate risk or decide what treatment you need. If you notice a change that worries you, speak with a qualified professional rather than waiting for more data.

Prepare for a care conversation →

If you need help now, do not wait for an app.
