Flared · Appointment preparation · Tracking & support

Less remembering on the spot. More room for your questions.

When symptoms have been persistent, one short appointment can feel like a lot to organise. Flared helps you gather your own observations and prepare a personal Summary so the conversation can start with what matters most to you.

Mobile apps are coming soon. Join our email updates for launch news, or create a web account. No store download is available from this page yet.

Start small

What you can bring together

A Summary is a starting point for a conversation, not a clinical report or diagnosis. Review it first, add what is missing and decide what you want to share. You do not need a perfect record for your experience to be worth discussing.

Support, not another task

Ask for help without explaining everything again.

A Flare can help you put a hard day into words and ask for the kind of practical or emotional support you need. Choose what to share with your Support Circle; your private experience is not automatically sent to someone else.

When you want to talk it through

Prepare a personal Summary.

Bring Entries together before an appointment or another conversation. Include what changed and how it affected daily life. Review the Summary, add your questions and share only what you choose.

A basic Summary is included in Free. Premium adds notes, PDF summaries and custom dates. Compare current plans and pricing.

A little clarity

Questions before you start

Can I choose what I share before an appointment?

Yes. Review your Summary and decide what is relevant to the conversation. Flared does not contact your clinician automatically. A basic Summary is included in Free; PDF summaries, notes and custom dates are listed in Premium.

Do I need to track every day?

No. Add what is useful and manageable. A missing Entry is not evidence of a symptom-free day, and you do not have to fill every field.

Does Flared diagnose or recommend treatment?

No. Flared supports tracking, reflection and communication. Patterns are observations, not medical conclusions. It does not diagnose, prescribe, predict disease or replace medical or mental-health care.

Who can see my information?

Your private Entries are not automatically shared with your Support Circle. You choose what to share. Read the Privacy Policy and data-deletion information before creating an account.

Can I download the mobile app now?

The mobile launch is still ahead. Sign up for email updates; verified download links will be added when the store listings are live.
