Flared · Adenomyosis · Tracking & support

A clearer story of adenomyosis and its daily impact.

When bleeding, pain and fatigue overlap, it can be hard to remember which days were hardest and why. Flared gives you a place to describe those changes and the practical help you need, without reducing your experience to a single pain score.

Mobile apps are coming soon. Join our email updates for launch news, or create a web account. No store download is available from this page yet.

What you can bring together

If you are also navigating endometriosis or another health experience, your entries can stay together. Flared does not attribute a symptom to one condition or decide which condition caused a change.

Support, not another task

Ask for help without explaining everything again.

A Flare can help you put a hard day into words and ask for the kind of practical or emotional support you need. Choose what to share with your Support Circle; your private experience is not automatically sent to someone else.

When you want to talk it through

Prepare a personal Summary.

Bring Entries together before an appointment or another conversation. Include what changed and how it affected daily life. Review the Summary, add your questions and share only what you choose.

A little clarity

Questions before you start

Does tracking distinguish adenomyosis from endometriosis?

No. Flared cannot distinguish or diagnose these conditions. It helps you keep your observations together and prepare questions for a qualified healthcare professional.

Do I need to track every day?

No. Add what is useful and manageable. A missing Entry is not evidence of a symptom-free day, and you do not have to fill every field.

Does Flared diagnose or recommend treatment?

No. Flared supports tracking, reflection and communication. Patterns are observations, not medical conclusions. It does not diagnose, prescribe, predict disease or replace medical or mental-health care.

Who can see my information?

Your private Entries are not automatically shared with your Support Circle. You choose what to share. Read the Privacy Policy and data-deletion information before creating an account.

Can I download the mobile app now?

The mobile launch is still ahead. Sign up for email updates; verified download links will be added when the store listings are live.
