Flared · Uterine fibroids · Tracking & support
Fibroid symptom tracking that includes the life around it.
If you are living with fibroids, or discussing possible symptoms with your doctor, it can help to have your own observations in one place. Flared lets you bring together changes in bleeding, discomfort and the effect on your usual day.

What you can bring together
Your experience can change while you are waiting for an appointment or discussing care options. A personal record can help you remember the timeline. It cannot measure fibroid size, show growth or determine whether fibroids caused a symptom.
- Bleeding changes and any details you want to bring to an appointment.
- Pelvic pressure, discomfort and bowel or bladder changes you notice.
- Tiredness, interrupted sleep and changes to your usual activities.
- Questions, comfort strategies and practical support needs.
Support, not another task
Ask for help without explaining everything again.
A Flare can help you put a hard day into words and ask for the kind of practical or emotional support you need. Choose what to share with your Support Circle; your private experience is not automatically sent to someone else.
When you want to talk it through
Prepare a personal Summary.
Bring Entries together before an appointment or another conversation. Include what changed and how it affected daily life. Review the Summary, add your questions and share only what you choose.

A basic Summary is included in Free. Premium adds notes, PDF summaries and custom dates. Compare current plans and pricing.

Questions before you start
Can Flared track fibroid growth?
No. Flared records your experience, not fibroid measurements or growth. Assessment and monitoring need to be discussed with your healthcare professional.
Do I need to track every day?
No. Add what is useful and manageable. A missing Entry is not evidence of a symptom-free day, and you do not have to fill every field.
Does Flared diagnose or recommend treatment?
No. Flared supports tracking, reflection and communication. Patterns are observations, not medical conclusions. It does not diagnose, prescribe, predict disease or replace medical or mental-health care.
Who can see my information?
Your private Entries are not automatically shared with your Support Circle. You choose what to share. Read the Privacy Policy and data-deletion information before creating an account.
Can I download the mobile app now?
The mobile launch is still ahead. Sign up for email updates; verified download links will be added when the store listings are live.
