Flared · Endometriosis · Tracking & support

Endometriosis tracking, with room for your whole day.

Pelvic pain is only part of the story you may want to explain. Flared brings your Check-Ins, fatigue, bowel or bladder changes, rest and support needs into one place, so you do not have to reconstruct every hard day in an appointment.

Mobile apps are coming soon. Join our email updates for launch news, or create a web account. No store download is available from this page yet.

Start small

What you can bring together

You can begin with how today feels and add detail when you have the capacity. You do not need a confirmed diagnosis to describe your experience, and a missing entry does not mean you felt well.

Support, not another task

Ask for help without explaining everything again.

A Flare can help you put a hard day into words and ask for the kind of practical or emotional support you need. Choose what to share with your Support Circle; your private experience is not automatically sent to someone else.

When you want to talk it through

Prepare a personal Summary.

Bring Entries together before an appointment or another conversation. Include what changed and how it affected daily life. Review the Summary, add your questions and share only what you choose.

A little clarity

Questions before you start

Can I use Flared while waiting for an endometriosis assessment?

Yes. You can describe symptoms and daily impact without having a diagnosis. Entries and patterns do not establish whether you have endometriosis; they help you explain your experience to a healthcare professional.

Do I need to track every day?

No. Add what is useful and manageable. A missing Entry is not evidence of a symptom-free day, and you do not have to fill every field.

Does Flared diagnose or recommend treatment?

No. Flared supports tracking, reflection and communication. Patterns are observations, not medical conclusions. It does not diagnose, prescribe, predict disease or replace medical or mental-health care.

Who can see my information?

Your private Entries are not automatically shared with your Support Circle. You choose what to share. Read the Privacy Policy and data-deletion information before creating an account.

Can I download the mobile app now?

The mobile launch is still ahead. Sign up for email updates; verified download links will be added when the store listings are live.
