Flared · Pelvic pain · Tracking & support
Pelvic pain is hard to explain. Start with what you can.
You may know something is different without having a name for it. Flared helps you describe recurring pelvic pain, notice what was happening around it and ask for help from the people you trust.

What you can bring together
Use your own words. You do not need to fit your experience into a diagnosis or complete every field. Patterns are observations to discuss, not proof of a trigger or an explanation for the pain.
- Where discomfort is, its intensity and how long it affected your day.
- Bowel, bladder, bleeding or cycle details you choose to include.
- Movement, sitting, sleep and other context that feels relevant.
- What you could not do, what helped and what support would make the day easier.
Support, not another task
Ask for help without explaining everything again.
A Flare can help you put a hard day into words and ask for the kind of practical or emotional support you need. Choose what to share with your Support Circle; your private experience is not automatically sent to someone else.
When you want to talk it through
Prepare a personal Summary.
Bring Entries together before an appointment or another conversation. Include what changed and how it affected daily life. Review the Summary, add your questions and share only what you choose.

Questions before you start
Do I need a diagnosis before tracking pelvic pain?
No. You can describe pain and its impact without choosing a confirmed condition. Tracking should support a conversation about your needs, not delay medical assessment.
Do I need to track every day?
No. Add what is useful and manageable. A missing Entry is not evidence of a symptom-free day, and you do not have to fill every field.
Does Flared diagnose or recommend treatment?
No. Flared supports tracking, reflection and communication. Patterns are observations, not medical conclusions. It does not diagnose, prescribe, predict disease or replace medical or mental-health care.
Who can see my information?
Your private Entries are not automatically shared with your Support Circle. You choose what to share. Read the Privacy Policy and data-deletion information before creating an account.
Can I download the mobile app now?
The mobile launch is still ahead. Sign up for email updates; verified download links will be added when the store listings are live.
